4. Orders and Confirmation

5. Delivery

  • We offer delivery within The Coves Hartbeespoortdam.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on order value, location, and courier service used.
  • The Pantry Shop is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photo evidence and may require the item to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
  • Perishable and opened products cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
